Creating a cake for that special occasion is always challenging but very, very rewarding. Specialty cakes can include cakes for themed or corporate events, anniversaries, reproducing a wedding cake for a wedding anniversary, combining photographs of previous cakes into one cake, capturing an animal or floral request, creating an Easter bonnet, etc.
